The Pillitteri Cabernet Franc exudes a wonderful scent of ripe wild berries and blood plums with hints of liquorice and notes of cigar and flint. The palate is strong and lush with aromas of ripe raspberries and plums, paired with black pepper sharpness and light vanilla character. The tannin is wonderfully matured and supple, an elegant Cabernet with a long, animating finish.
