In the glass, the Vidal Select Late Harvest has a light straw color and a medium viscosity. In the nose there are notes of mango, peaches, peach syrup and pineapple. On the palate it is subtly sweet, with aromas of ripe pear, Golden Delicious apple, peach and pineapple. The finish is clean with refreshing acidity. A versatile option for an aperitif, foie gras or with a light dessert.
