A wonderful marriage
The LV Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon comes entirely from Longview’s vineyard in Macclesfield, in the Adelaide Hills. The fruits were harvested under cool conditions, squeezed and fermented on the skins for 14 days. After that, they were gently pressed and matured for 12 months in new and used French and used American oak.

The Longview LV Shiraz Cabernet exudes a lively blueberry fruit character with subliminal spice and dark chocolate on the palate. Its moderate mouthfeel shows a beautiful balance of fruit and youthful acidity. It is rich in flavour and rich with integrated oak and a long-structured finish. This is a distinctive Longview wine that reproduces the terroir of this Macclesfield single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.
