The traditional Topper’s Mountain white wine blend

The assemblage or composition of Bricolage Blanc varies every year, as it always compiles the best grape variety results of the vintage. The 2014 contains four classic French grape varieties: Chardonnay, which brings body and structure to the blend, Viognier adds robust texture and the Gewürztraminer complex aromas and flavors. Finally, the small dash of Sauvignon Blanc adds freshness.

And this is how the Bricolage Blanc from Topper’s Mountain Wines tastes

The Topper’s Mountain Bricolage Blanc is an exceptional blend of Chardonnay (64%), Gewürztraminer (21%), Viognier (12%) and Sauvignon Blanc (2%), which offers a delicious range of exotic aromas of papaya, peaches, blood oranges, lychee, rose petals, jasmine and lemon sorbet. Vibrant aromas of nectarine and Turkish honey with a soft, textured and creamy mouthfeel balanced by a seamless acidity.

2014 Topper’s Mountain Bricolage Blanc

And that goes well with Bricolage Blanc from Topper’s Mountain Wines

The Topper’s Mountain Bricolage Blanc is wonderful with Asian food, especially with a sweet and sour base, or with rabbit pie with passion fruit. We love it with grilled chicken or fish with creamy vegetable sauces.
